This is Ciabot Berton's signature wine and a blend of 3 great Cru vineyards, creating a complex alluring wine with aromas of leather, tar and roses. The palate is powerful with rich dark fruit. Typical of the 2007 vintage, it is a Barolo that is stunning now due to its elegance, but will continue to cellar very well.

Kellermeister's Wild Witch has garnered a cult following over the past years due to the brooding, rich, full-bodied and limited nature of the Barossa classic. The inky, viscous, foreboding black fruit is sourced from low-yielding, dry grown vineyards specially selected for producing the very best Kellermeister can get their hands on. Resting for two years in the finest French oak to really develop its flavour and character. Almost 'magical'.

Paringa Estate's The Paringa Shiraz is a multi-trophy winning wine that has been carefully selected from barrels prior to bottling due to the stand-out quality that was easily identifiable. Sourced from Lindsay McCall's estate, this Shiraz is almost eternal in flavour length and intensity. Flavours of plum, raspberry, redcurrant are accompanied by black pepper, anise and vanilla. Piripicchio 2018 is the most jovial and direct expression of the 2018 vintage grapes grown on the north side of Etna, grapes from vineyards with an average age of about 60 years that allow the production of a wine of great elegance and of great freshness. A wine obtained by winemaking grapes with traditional techniques in a modern key able to best represent the fascinating world of Etna wines. Lively and elegant wine, as well as its cheerful and sunny label, depicting hands playing with that grainy earth rich in lapilli and great energy.

Feudo Pignatone Rosasto Sciauro is created from a selection of Nerello Mascalese grapes grown organically on thecontrada(an ancient estate usually aligning with an historic lava flow) of the same name in the municipality of Randazzo on the northern slope of Mount Etna at an altitude of approximately 700 metres.
