The grapes are naturally lower in alcohol and with far less skin contact than a traditional red wine, the free run juice is bright and vibrant with significantly lower tannins. Taylors Discoveries Shiraz is a deep red with a vibrant purple hues, showcasing lifted fruit aromas of red currant, plum and a touch of spice. Subtle chocolate flavours and savoury characters from the oak maturation add complexity which balance perfectly the rich plum and spice on the palate. Soft and fleshy, with a silky smooth finish. Short term cellaring will reward, however able to be enjoyed immediately.

Taylors Discoveries Cabernet Sauvignon is a vibrant crimson red, with lifted fruit aromas of blackcurrant, cassis and a touch of herbaceous notes. A bouquet of subtle cedar characters from the oak maturation add complexity which works well with its medium body and gentle palate of juicy blackcurrant fruits. Silky smooth mouth feel and a lingering finish.

Our Shiraz is enhanced by the best characteristics of two premium regions. A myriad of rich dark berry fruit flavours from the Wrattonbully region meld ideally with the Adelaide Plain's elegant complexity and smooth finish.Intense colour pre-empts layers of lush dark berry and plum fruits with subtle pepper and eucalypt nuances. A smooth restrained finish is balanced by the soft tannin structure and lingering spice.Perfectly paired with barbecued foods, richly flavoured red meats and game birds.

Gorgeous Grenache displays a beautifully perfumed nose with hints of violets and wild strawberry. The palate is succulent, juicy and Pinot-like in its profile while the finish is savoury and moreish. Sourced from a number of vineyards in The Barossa and McLaren Vale regions of South Australia. All vineyards are vinified in small batches, separately. Wild ferments, whole bunch inclusion, larger oak and no filtration or fining define the natural character of the wine. From our base in the idyllic Adelaide Hills, we work with pristine fruit sourced from iconic vineyard sites. Giles Cooke MW and Fergal Tynan MW, with the helping hand of Peter Leske, hand-make small-batch wines that illustrate the benefits of great sites and intelligent winemaking. The unique blend of superb fruit sources and experience in both the New and the Old Worlds helps craft wine of subtlety, texture and detail wines perfectly suited to complement rather than overwhelm fine food.

Deep Crimson with violet hues. There is a very delicate and pretty nose with perfumes aromas and a dash of fig. There are some forest floor flavours with a savoury mid palate and a touch of pepper along with rich plums and black cherries.
