The vibrant nose offers fragrant fresh lemon/lime blossom, with notes of bath salts.The refined palate is delicate and pure, showing a slaty minerality and a taut line of acidity.

A masterful blend of three Germanic luminaries, Gewürztraminer,Riesling and Weiyer Herold. Showcasing restrained and yet mouthfilling (and watering) tropical fruits; lychee, mandarins and the like with gorgeous minerality that lingers on the tongue.

The wine has a mild salmon pink colour which will develop further with time. It shows delicate aromatics of jasmine blossom and ripe melon with a dry palate that has abundant textural flavours of ripe apples and pear. The distinct citrus backbone will ensure the wine rewards aging for at least 5 years.
