Led by cousins and co-founders, Matt Faulkner and Mitchell Faulkner, the expert roaster and brewer team boasts a decade’s worth of coffee brewing and liquor creation, responsible for more than two million cocktails served in Australia to date. In a ground-breaking cold brew process, Broken Bean Coffee Liqueur starts with a coffee blend of beans from Brazil, Ethiopia and India that are roasted separately before blending, creating a darker and more robust flavour profile. The coffee blend is then brewed into a high-strength cold brew liquid that further increases the richness and mouthfeel. It is then sweetened with Australian sugar and further enhanced by fortification with Australian wheat vodka to lock in flavour. The liquid is then left to rest and rack for 30 days, allowing it to develop to full maturity before packaging.

Using sustainably and responsibly sourced beans, distilled native botanicals, sea minerals infused into our smooth wheat vodka this coffee liqueur is for all those who respect coffee! Inspired by early morning surfs off the ‘Bower break’ where you can just be at one with marine nature finishing with an adrenalin hit from a good short black espresso to start the perfect day. A collaboration between two northern beaches locals, Manly Spirits Co. & Seven Miles Coffee Roasters – passionate about coffee, spirits, native botanicals and what can be crafted with them. The custom blend for Manly Spirits was developed to enhance caramel, chocolate and brown sugar notes. With origins hailing from far flung regions, including Brazil, Indonesia and India, the blend was optimised to balance these flavours in the cup. The roast and extraction process were further refined to achieve the best balance for use in our coffee liqueur.

An award winner, this tripled distilled in a copper pot and macerated for 3 days using 14 Australian native botanicals (plus 1 non-native). This unique flavoured Gin provides a hint of juniper to start off and then the intensity of the other flavours start to come through. Lemon, mint and then a boom of herbaceousness topped off by a peppery after note.

A cassis liqueur made naturally from estate grown, organic blackcurrants. Using local Noir de Bourgogne blackcurrants, which are much smaller than the common blackcurrant, gives more intensity and richness. Perfect for Kir (Sparkling wine and Creme), it also works very well with a splash of soda for a fruity spritzer or added to a cocktail - vodka and gin based mixes are especially recommended. Pour it over fresh summer berries to intensify their flavour and sweetness.

Known in France as vin dorange, this wine is made by blending rose wine, sweet and bitter orange peels, cinchona, camomile, cane sugar and fortified to 15%. Served chilled its equally at home in a wine glass as an aperitif as it is as a base in a cocktail.
