This unique flavoured Gin provides a hint of juniper to start off and then the intensity of the other flavours start to come through. Lemon, mint and then a boom of herbaceousness topped off by a peppery after note.

Launched in March 2015, Archie Rose Distilling Co. is the first independent distillery and bar to open in the City of Sydney in over 160 years. Featuring Australian native botanicals including Lemon Myrtle, Blood Lime, River Mint and Dorrigo Pepperleaf, Archie Rose Signature Dry Gin is unique in the fact that all fourteen botanicals are individually distilled utilising one of three separate infusion points within a 300L copper pot still. While particularly labour intensive, the result is a perfectly balanced and wonderfully complex dry gin that fuses the old world with the new.

36 Short Rhubarb Gin. Made with South Australian Rhubarb, grown for Virginia Spirits. A delicately smooth gin enhanced with a distinctive floral and rhubarb bouquet giving it a crisp and refreshing finish to the palate.

Twelve botanicals, some from our own distillery garden, make up this punchy gin. Rhubarb, bay leaf, apple and cloves give a savoury zing on the palette. This is a full-bodied rich gin liqueur, using locally sourced and organic ingredients. A collaboration between two northern beaches locals, Manly Spirits Co. & Seven Miles Coffee Roasters – passionate about coffee, spirits, native botanicals and what can be crafted with them. The custom blend for Manly Spirits was developed to enhance caramel, chocolate and brown sugar notes. With origins hailing from far flung regions, including Brazil, Indonesia and India, the blend was optimised to balance these flavours in the cup. The roast and extraction process were further refined to achieve the best balance for use in our coffee liqueur.
