This complex and elegant wine has lifted aromas of fresh rich red fruits and white mint chocolate. Cold soaked, co-fermented with hand plunging and then left to rest on skins for 10 days before resting in French oak for 15 months. It is no wonder flavours of freshly stewed plums, cinnamon, pepper, apricot and vanilla are simply bursting out of the glass.

Zema Estate have been producing quality Coonawarra Cabernet since 1982 but have been "growing" since the 1800's. The 2004 Family Selection Cab benefits greatly from a cool growing season allowing the rich flavours of blackcurrants and dark cherry to shine.

Sourced from the McKillop Vineyard in northern Coonawarra, it features vibrant red fruit flavours of raspberry and violet, supported by fine chalky tannins and aged exclusively in large-format neutral French oak vats for freshness.
