Arnaud Aucoeur Fleurie La Chapelle Des Bois Beaujolais Gamay
Vignoble Aucoeur is the oldest family domain of the Morgon village, in the heart of Beaujolais. Arnaud Aucoeur has been voted 2020 Winemaker of the Year by the famous Guide Hachette in France. To perpetuate the legacy of his ancestors, Arnaud makes some of his wines, including his famous “Moulin à vent”, in wooden containers. Barrels, tons and semi-casks are all housed on the farm. The grapes are manually-harvested from vines of about fifty years, exclusively from Gamay grapes. This Fleurie seduces with its finesse and silky texture. Bright ruby color, it offers a rich creaminess, elegance, floral and fruity aromas.Combining Richness with a perfumed fruitiness, this wine has fine tannins and layers of juicy blackberry fruits. It shows both the structured and the fruity side of the appellation in a balanced framework.

Created in the heart of Burgundy from a blend of handpicked Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, Belaire Brut Gold is stunning inside and out, adding a touch of luxury to any occasion. Our wines are crafted by 5th and 6th generation father-and-son winemakers at our 118-year old maison, where ancestral winemaking traditions are alive in each bottle. The winery, found in Montagny-les Beaune, lies in the centre of one of the world's most respected and historic winemaking regions. Belaire Brut Gold is a versatile wine, ideal for pairing with nearly any cuisine and achieves a perfect balance of fresh Chardonnay fruit, a hint of peach, pear and brioche, and a refreshing dry finish. For the dosage, we use organic sugarcane, bringing structure and length to the wine, and recreating a style popularized in the Années folles - France's 1920s artistic and cultural renaissance.

Chateau La Grange des Mauberts
Mechanical harvest at the beginning of sptember. Noadded sulphites winemaking. Oxygen-less work throughout fermentations and ageing. If needed, added oxygen as homeopathy. Fermentation lasts 3 weeks with daily pumping over then malolactic fermentation and ageing in vat. CO2 produced during fermentation is maintained at most. Then, it will be decreased right before bottling.
Chateau La Roseraie de Galtus
Traditional. Maceration before fermentation, fermentation during3 weeks. Ageing during 6 months in cementtanks.
Chateau Le Roudier
Traditional vinification with perfect control oftemperatures forthe entire production.
Chateau Marot Rose
Mechanical harvest. Vinified by pressing directly with a pneumaticpress, perfect control of temperatures between 16 and 18 Celsiusdegrees during fermentation, which lasts from 2 to 3 weeks. Finingfollowed by filtration. Ageing in stainless steel vats.
Chateau Puy de Guira Bordeaux
Pumping over and delestage during fermentation, perfect control of temperatures. Racking after malolactic fermentation followed by aging in concrete vats.
Duplessis Bordeaux
Traditional vinification at low starting temperature and shortmaceration about 10 days.
Dubonnet
A unique aperitif that combines rich, sweet fortified wine, herbs, spices and quinine. A heady combination that can be chilled and served before a meal or left at room temperature for an after dinner treat.
