Cotswolds Dry Gin has a delectable blend of nine carefully considered botanicals. Upfront and clean on the palate, followed by fresh grapefruit and a hint of coriander seed. Black pepper spice builds with a touch of dryness. Clean and balanced finish with a hint of lime and lavender.

Located in the heart London's old spirits industry, East London Liquor Company is an independent British distillery and the first to make spirits in East London for 100 years. Originally a glue factory in Bow Wharf, East London Liquor Company found its home in the disused industrial space and repurposed the venue to create a custom-built distillery which sits within a beautiful craft cocktail bar.

Hyde No.1 is the 2016 best irish single malt in the world. Hyde 10yo single malt is finished in vintage oloroso sherry casks which have been hand selected. Wonderfully smooth yet complex, creamy yet fruity with notes of caramel and honey, apricot, plum, and a silky malt texture. Our small batch Irish Gin is rested in casks made from Juniper wood. During this time the spirit takes on a beautiful copper colour and gentle sweetness. Juniper wood and juniper berry working together, that's what makes this gin rather special.

A low-key juniper style with subtle hibiscus and orange blossom aromas blended with locally sourced cherries and raspberries infused in a grape based spirit. Tasting note: Translucent pale pink. A sweet smelling spirit with lifted raspberry jube and glace cherry aromas and hints of Turkish Delight. Medium fresh entry includes raspberry tea and muted pine, sweetening with notes of raspberry sorbet, confectionary and faint juniper in the aftertaste. Balanced, tangy and warming to finish. Forty Spotted Rare Tasmanian Gin is hand distilled in small copper pot stills using the steeping method of Gin production and use of traditional botanicals of juniper berry, coriander and lemon peel creating a traditional London Dry style, but incorporating something a little bit special to give this Gin a unique finish.
