It has that cool climate Pinot loves its got those really nice spicy notes, like Sichuan, quail, gamey hints and Michael Aylward is totally hot (Whoops, can I say that?)

This cool-climate Shiraz shows white pepper on the nose with dark fruit and blackberry characters. The palate is full and ripe with berry fruit flavour, tight acidity and fine grained tannins.

Pinot Noir from this region is amongst the best in the country and Scotchmans does it well. This example is earthy, gamey and packed with lovely pure Pinot flavour - delicious!

Lovely mouthfeel is enhanced by the fruit flavours of luscious white nectarine and nashi pear. Crisp and clean on the finish makes this a perfect anytime white, particularly good in the warmer months.
