Paringa Estate Estate Chardonnay Mornington Peninsula The fruit for the Estate Chardonnay is sourced from low yielding estate vineyards, some of which are over thirty years old. Constant attention to detail in the vineyard and vine maturity produces fruit of outstanding quality. The fruit is handpicked, whole-bunch pressed, and the unclarified juice is fermented in new (approx 30%) and one-year-old French oak puncheons and barriques. Pacha Mama has put down roots, out in the sticks, amidst the vines of Yarra Glen. This Chardonnay celebrates its Yarra Valley home. It's vibrant, yet complex. There's a bit of fruit, burnt matchsticks mingle with melon and citrus. It's all about harmony and balance.

Toolangi is a state forest just outside Healesville that was devastated during Black Saturday. The excellent vineyards remain, and continue to produce wines of personality and place. The Chardonnay combines varietal characters of quince and crab apple with some delicious nutty oak nuances. Its great value.

This is the third vintage of Ballewindi Chardonnay that Sandro Mosele from Kooyong has produced exclusively for us, and he certainly hasn't dropped the ball. Another cracking Chardonnay that proves he is the master of Mornington. Sandro uses whole bunches and barrel fermenting before letting the wine spend 10 months in French oak. There's peach, fresh sweet hay, subtle notes of cream and honeydew melon on the nose. The palate balances ripe stone fruit flavours with hints of citrus and a creamy texture. It's delicate yet rounded, and is a leading light for modern Aussie Chardonnay.

Hailing from Merricks North, Quealy Tussie Mussie Pinot Gris is a generous wine with a luscious stone fruit palate; honey, heavy bottomed pears, and creamy. Six months on lees assist generous mouth feel and palate weight. Balanced with natural acidity.
