An introduction to the world of Yering Station, this wine stands as an exemplary Victorian expression. Produced with clean and modern winemaking techniques, it is silky, fresh and approachable. Lush with ripe red and yellow fruits, the palate is wonderfully refreshing.

The grapes were picked in the cool of the early morning, crushed and pressed after a short period on skins to extract colour. Part of the blend was cold settled, and part was stirred on juice lees with protective yeast to enhance fruit flavour and texture. After these processes were complete, juices were clarified, and the wine was fermented at a cool temperature using a yeast specifically used for expressive Rosé wines over 14 days. After fermentation, the wine was matured on gross lees for a short period to gain additional texture before fining, filtration, and bottling. Medium pink with a salmon hue.
