Grapes were individually harvested from our vineyard blocks in subregions throughout Marlborough and destemmed in the field before being gently pressed and fermented. To retain the character of each subregion and block and use them to the best advantage, each block was handled individually to capture the special characteristics of the vineyard parcel. 'Spinning Cone' technology is used to reduce the alcohol from a portion of the base wine. This is a process of low vacuum distillation that can target removal of alcohol without impacting the aroma of the wine. The alcohol is reduced to below 1pct on approximately 60pct of the final volume, with 40pct of the base blended back to achieve a final alcohol level.

Innocent Bystander Moscato is taking the country by storm! Now available in full-size, 750mL bottles, this vibrant and exciting wine is lighter in alcohol with green apple and fairy floss characters that leap out of the glass. This is sweet, fun and unashamedly easy drinking. Naturally effervescent and cold fermented it is made from old vine Gordo and Black Muscat.

The South Island of New Zealand is home to great wine producing regions. Long, sun filled growing seasons and cool nights combine to produce vibrant flavours. South Island Pinot Gris is aromatic with pear, apple and subtle warm ginger spice. An expressive palate with orchid fruits and a creamy textured mid palate leaves a lengthy crisp finish.
