Oyster Bay Sparkling Cuvée Rosé is a delicious combination of the elegant and zesty Chardonnay fruit which brings finesse, and the fragrant rich Pinot Noir which gives soft red berry fruit characters to the wine. The lively bubbles in the wine are a result of natural secondary fermentation, which brings to life the delightful and refreshing character.

This Australian rose reveals lifted strawberry and raspberry aromas with subtle floral and spice overtones. Wonderfully light with sweet berry flavours and soft tannin structure. Finishing with a clean, crisp and lingering taste on the palate.

With a brilliant colour reminiscent of a Mediterranean sunset, the Fleur de Thym Rose is a true expression of French coastal living. Light and delicate aromas of wild berries and Provencal intermingle in this sophisticated rose. Grapes were individually harvested from our vineyard blocks in subregions throughout Marlborough and destemmed in the field before being gently pressed and fermented. To retain the character of each subregion and block and use them to the best advantage, each block was handled individually to capture the special characteristics of the vineyard parcel. 'Spinning Cone' technology is used to reduce the alcohol from a portion of the base wine. This is a process of low vacuum distillation that can target removal of alcohol without impacting the aroma of the wine. The alcohol is reduced to below 1pct on approximately 60pct of the final volume, with 40pct of the base blended back to achieve a final alcohol level.

Our iconic full strength rosé is de-alcohlised using the latest GoLo technology. This innovative process does not require the addition of chemicals or heating. This delicate process preserves the structure of the wine and its aromatic qualities with no need to add extra aromas. Pale pink in colour, this blend reveals a nose of strawberry, cherries and forest fruits. A wonderfully refreshing drink - ideal as an aperitif or with BBQ food.

Grant Burge, while normally known for full bodied reds, produce an exceptional sparkling here with an attractive nose of strawberry, stone fruit and biscuity notes leads to a richly flavoured, generous palate with a creamy mouth feel and beautifully crisp finish.
