Grant Burge, while normally known for full bodied reds, produce an exceptional sparkling here with an attractive nose of strawberry, stone fruit and biscuity notes leads to a richly flavoured, generous palate with a creamy mouth feel and beautifully crisp finish.

A wine of elegance and transparency, showing fruit purity with just enough complexity to invite curiosity. It’s approachable in youth but has the balance to age gracefully over 5–8 years (depending on vintage conditions and vineyard).

With a brilliant colour reminiscent of a Mediterranean sunset, the Fleur de Thym Rose is a true expression of French coastal living. Light and delicate aromas of wild berries and Provencal intermingle in this sophisticated rose. The flavors are balanced by a lively acidity, making it incredibly easy to enjoy and pair widely with the fruits of the sea and other uncomplicated dishes.

Grapes were individually harvested from our vineyard blocks in subregions throughout Marlborough and destemmed in the field before being gently pressed and fermented. To retain the character of each subregion and block and use them to the best advantage, each block was handled individually to capture the special characteristics of the vineyard parcel. 'Spinning Cone' technology is used to reduce the alcohol from a portion of the base wine. This is a process of low vacuum distillation that can target removal of alcohol without impacting the aroma of the wine. The alcohol is reduced to below 1pct on approximately 60pct of the final volume, with 40pct of the base blended back to achieve a final alcohol level.

Our iconic full strength rosé is de-alcohlised using the latest GoLo technology. This innovative process does not require the addition of chemicals or heating. This delicate process preserves the structure of the wine and its aromatic qualities with no need to add extra aromas. Pale pink in colour, this blend reveals a nose of strawberry, cherries and forest fruits. A wonderfully refreshing drink - ideal as an aperitif or with BBQ food.

Sweet notes of honey with a hint of grapefruit. Crisp, summer berry flavours with classic savoury notes echo through the palate to make this a fashionable Rosé. With crispy pan-seared salmon paired with fried cauliflower and whipped fetta.

Seemingly bold, yet irresistably delicate, this Pinot Noir is lighter in alcohol and full of flavour, dusplay notes of fresh red berry fruits that develop onto the palate leaving a clean finish.

No one knows for sure how long these brightly coloured crustaceans have made some of the coastlines of New Zealand home, but their quirky nature perfectly reflects what Lobster Reef wines are all about. This Rose has been infused with grapefruit to bring luscious grapefruit and strawberry flavours. Who knew your favourite Rose could get any better!
