Forrest The Doctors' Sauvignon Blanc

A dazzling Sav Blanc that almost leaps out of the glass. Red capsicum, passionfruit and fresh herb notes on the nose lead on to a crunchy, refreshing, tropical Marlborough finish. The difference? It's only 9.5% in alcohol. Not that you'd notice - that's the magic of 'The Doctors'! Dr Forrest and his wife Brigid (also a doctor) use techniques in the vineyard to allow the grapes to obtain maximum flavour, but keep sugar (and therefore alcohol) levels down. No fancy winery or laboratory tricks – just some very clever canopy management and timing as to when they pick. Their Sauvignon Blanc comes in at 9.5% and it's simply stunning. As Dr Forrest proudly points out, the wines have such structure, tannin, depth and balance that even experienced tasters would struggle to pick out the lower alcohol wine in a blind tasting line up!

Studio by Miraval Rosé

The name of this wine, STUDIO by Miraval, was not chosen by chance. In 1977, jazz musician Jacques Loussier, the owner of the estate at the time, had a recording studio built there, and hosted international artists of the caliber of Pink Floyd, The Cure, Muse, AC/DC, Wham, Sting, The Cranberries, Rammstein, Chris Rea, and French artists such as Indochine, Telephone, and Bashung. Turning their back on the famous studios of London and elsewhere, they came for the quality of the sound but also for the inspiration procured by this place that the current owners firmly intend to preserve.

Chandon Brut

Fresh, vibrant and always reliable, Chandon Brut should be enjoyed with seafood or as a part of any celebration.

Lulu Le Francais Rosé

Lulu le Français is an original creation, inspired by the summer relaxed atmosphere. The brand embodies the South of France way of living, where life is sweet and sunny. With its straw hat, sailor top and espadrilles, Lulu sounds like the typical French vacationer, casually walking around through an animated local market, looking for fresh produces from the Terroir Lulu le Français wine will take you through a journey full of different flavours and aromas. Packed with sunshine and cooled by sea breeze, this lovely rosé is fruity, crisp and juicy, thanks to its carefully selected Grenache grapes, grown on south facing slopes from the Languedoc wine region. De Bortoli La Bohème Pinot Noir Rosé

De Bortoli La Bohème Pinot Noir Rosé is one of the most beguiling labels on our shelves, and the contents held within are no less intriguiging. A majestic pale salmon colour in the glass is followed by lifted aromas of subtle strawberry and even notes of pomegranate and marzipan. The palate is crisp, yet generous with a superb long length. A wonderful wine to enjoy in the warmer weather or as an aperitif all year round.

Chateau d'Esclans Whispering Angel Rose

Plus & Minus Zero Alcohol Pinot Noir

Pear Tree Single Vineyard Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc

Rich and concentrated Sauvignon Blanc. Complex aromas of lemongrass, cashew nuts, floral and nectarines. Full and subtly creamy palate with balanced acidity. Lingering aftertaste, quite a serious wine, clearly more than your every day sauvy. Individual batch fermentation has provided a powerful bracing flavour, stunning vibrancy texture, and balance; and shows what can be achieved when this variety has everything is thrown at it.
