Jardin d'Aromes Rose

Colour: Pale salmon. Nose: Fine and elegant nose with aromas of red berries such as strawberry and raspberry. Palate: Well-structured, refreshing and bursting with summer fruit flavours. Food & Wine pairing: great for aperitif, but even better with a full diner, as fricassee of prawns, Asian style tuna tartare, grilled seabass with thyme and rosemary, or mixed platter to share.

A Glass of Gilbert Rosé Bagnum

Will Gilbert’s Rosé is a blend of varietals, Sangiovese, Shiraz and Zinfandel. The wine is super light in colour, nice and dry whilst it still has loads of flavour!! Pink grapefruit citrus characters on the nose, with a palate packed full of pepperberry spice.

Peter Lehmann The Barossan Grenache Rosé

The grapes were picked in the cool of the early morning, crushed and pressed after a short period on skins to extract colour. Part of the blend was cold settled, and part was stirred on juice lees with protective yeast to enhance fruit flavour and texture. After these processes were complete, juices were clarified, and the wine was fermented at a cool temperature using a yeast specifically used for expressive Rosé wines over 14 days. After fermentation, the wine was matured on gross lees for a short period to gain additional texture before fining, filtration, and bottling. Medium pink with a salmon hue. Fragrant and expressive, lifted aromas of strawberries, white cherries, and a delicate floral thread of rose petals and orange blossom. Dry and medium-bodied, the palate is juicy yet elegant. Ripe red fruits, raspberry and watermelon, supported by a generous mid palate and a gentle hint of strawberry cream texture. Preferably enjoyed alongside grilled squid, charcuterie, or a summer heirloom tomato salad with burrata and basil.

VILLA MAGALONE PROVENCE ROSE

Domaine Magalone was founded by Vivien Paulmyer, a winemaker and merchant who fell in love with this perfectly south facing hillside with immense winemaking potential. A sublime pale pink color with salmon hues, this complex rosé unveils with aromas of red berries, peach and citrus, giving way to more subtle aromas of white flowers and orange blossom. Ample yet delicate on the palate, with pleasant citrus acidity and subtle saline finish.
