Already at the top of the charts (hello, it’s a 98 pts rosé), this will come and go as quickly as it arrives like a one-hit-wonder. We don’t mind, though; it is Australia’s best lil’ summer wine of 2022. And, enthusiastically - in over a decade of the ‘fo, this is the highest scoring rosé we have ever had to offer you. Textural, crisp and gorgeously salmon-pink stained, this will fly like a flamingo, so think pink and drink it too.

No sulfur was added from the vineyard to the bottle. Keep cool and enjoy young. Rose petal and pink grapefruit on the nose. Juicy red apple and refreshing citrus flavors. Don’t let this little flower fool you, this is one serious Rose.

Our 2024 Rose is a traditional style Rose. Fruit is picked and pressed with minimal skin contact to deliver a pale rose which displays a mix of light and fresh red fruit characters of Margaret River Shiraz. Fermentation followed by a brief period of time on lees has delivered a perfect summer style drink.

This Rose Is A Reflection Of The Pink-Hued Rose Dream World. Perfectly Crisp, Dry, Laid Back And Destined For A Good Time. Enjoy Chilled With The Ones You Love The Most. Winemaking - Machine harvested to the press to remove the juice from the skins and limit the potential for too much colour pick-up. The juice was cold settled for clarity with only minor levels of juice fining. Fermentation went through to dryness. At the completion of fermentation, the wine was filtered and bottled to retain all of its aromatic freshness. Tasting Notes - Turkish Delight, strawberry and a hint of tomato leaf.
