The Marlborough Sounds are a network of sea drowned valleys at the top of the South Island, between Tasman and Cloudy Bay. This elegant Marlborough Pinot Rose, a blending of Piont Noir and Pinot Gris has aromas of luscious strawberry and red cherry fruits with a refreshing finish.

Will Gilbert’s Rosé is a blend of varietals, Sangiovese, Shiraz and Zinfandel. The wine is super light in colour, nice and dry whilst it still has loads of flavour!! Pink grapefruit citrus characters on the nose, with a palate packed full of pepperberry spice.

Winemaking - Machine harvested to the press to remove the juice from the skins and limit the potential for too much colour pick-up. The juice was cold settled for clarity with only minor levels of juice fining. Fermentation went through to dryness. At the completion of fermentation, the wine was filtered and bottled to retain all of its aromatic freshness. Tasting Notes - Turkish Delight, strawberry and a hint of tomato leaf.
