If we had it our way, we would all drink rosé every day. Luckily, it’s a pretty versatile variety, here represented as a light and bright rosé. Classically pale salmon in colour, this wine practically dazzles in the glass. No need to just eat with your eyes, the palate serves to satisfy to equal lengths. Our iconic full strength rosé is de-alcohlised using the latest GoLo technology. This innovative process does not require the addition of chemicals or heating. This delicate process preserves the structure of the wine and its aromatic qualities with no need to add extra aromas. Pale pink in colour, this blend reveals a nose of strawberry, cherries and forest fruits. A wonderfully refreshing drink - ideal as an aperitif or with BBQ food.

Winemaking - Machine harvested to the press to remove the juice from the skins and limit the potential for too much colour pick-up. The juice was cold settled for clarity with only minor levels of juice fining. Fermentation went through to dryness. At the completion of fermentation, the wine was filtered and bottled to retain all of its aromatic freshness. Tasting Notes - Turkish Delight, strawberry and a hint of tomato leaf.
