Rozina Rosé
This Rose Is A Reflection Of The Pink-Hued Rose Dream World. Perfectly Crisp, Dry, Laid Back And Destined For A Good Time. Enjoy Chilled With The Ones You Love The Most. At the completion of fermentation, the wine was filtered and bottled to retain all of its aromatic freshness. Tasting Notes - Turkish Delight, strawberry and a hint of tomato leaf. Bright and crisp, savoury and textured. Winemaker - Chris Madrez Fruit Source - Mayfield Vineyard (100 percent Cabernet). A fairly steep aspect with a north facing slope at the western end of the vineyard with the altitude at 900m. Alc per Vol: 13.5 percent
Grove Estate Al Dente Rose Nebbiolo
Crafted from a field blend of Nebbiolo, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Muscadelle, our 2022 Estate Grown Rosé embraces the traditional Italian method of co-fermentation, where the grapes are harvested and fermented together for a more integrated expression. The result is a beautifully dry and refreshing rosé, brimming with fresh fruit aromas, delicate strawberry notes, and a crisp, lively finish—a true pleasure to drink.
La Boheme Act Two Dry Pinot Rose
Winemakers Leanne De Bortoli and her husband Steve Webber have been at the vanguard of Australia's rose revolution. This bone dry Yarra Valley Rose has lovely red berry fruit, savoury notes and can be paired with almost anything. Delicious drinking made for enjoying in the warmer months of the year.
Lerida Estate Rose
Classic Lerida Estate Pinot Noir red fruit, but with an intriguing floral overlay. Imagine a mixed punnet of red cherries and wild raspberries in a basket of roses and violets - all picked just after dawn. The same spectrum of flavours appears on the palate, wound tightly into a ball of natural fruit acids. The finish is clean, fresh and very dry.
Nick O'Leary Rose
The wine is dry and fresh with aromas of strawberry and cherry. It is a delightful seasonal drink suitable for any antipasti or grilled meat pairing.
Peter Lehmann The Barossan Grenache Rosé
The grapes were picked in the cool of the early morning, crushed and pressed after a short period on skins to extract colour. Part of the blend was cold settled, and part was stirred on juice lees with protective yeast to enhance fruit flavour and texture. After these processes were complete, juices were clarified, and the wine was fermented at a cool temperature using a yeast specifically used for expressive Rosé wines over 14 days. After fermentation, the wine was matured on gross lees for a short period to gain additional texture before fining, filtration, and bottling. Medium pink with a salmon hue. Fragrant and expressive, lifted aromas of strawberries, white cherries, and a delicate floral thread of rose petals and orange blossom. Dry and medium-bodied, the palate is juicy yet elegant. Ripe red fruits, raspberry and watermelon, supported by a generous mid palate and a gentle hint of strawberry cream texture. Preferably enjoyed alongside grilled squid, charcuterie, or a summer heirloom tomato salad with burrata and basil.
