This Australian Pinot Noir shows aromas of ripe plum, cherry, spice and vanilla. A soft, rounded palate with good length and a smooth finish.

Our 2024 Rose is a traditional style Rose. Fruit is picked and pressed with minimal skin contact to deliver a pale rose which displays a mix of light and fresh red fruit characters of Margaret River Shiraz. Fermentation followed by a brief period of time on lees has delivered a perfect summer style drink.

Winemaking - Machine harvested to the press to remove the juice from the skins and limit the potential for too much colour pick-up. The juice was cold settled for clarity with only minor levels of juice fining. Fermentation went through to dryness. At the completion of fermentation, the wine was filtered and bottled to retain all of its aromatic freshness. Tasting Notes - Turkish Delight, strawberry and a hint of tomato leaf. Bright and crisp, savoury and textured. Winemaker - Chris Madrez Fruit Source - Mayfield Vineyard (100 percent Cabernet). Grapes were individually harvested from our vineyard blocks in subregions throughout Marlborough and destemmed in the field before being gently pressed and fermented. To retain the character of each subregion and block and use them to the best advantage, each block was handled individually to capture the special characteristics of the vineyard parcel. 'Spinning Cone' technology is used to reduce the alcohol from a portion of the base wine. This is a process of low vacuum distillation that can target removal of alcohol without impacting the aroma of the wine. The alcohol is reduced to below 1pct on approximately 60pct of the final volume, with 40pct of the base blended back to achieve a final alcohol level.
