Our 2024 Rose is a traditional style Rose. This Rose Is A Reflection Of The Pink-Hued Rose Dream World. Perfectly Crisp, Dry, Laid Back And Destined For A Good Time. Enjoy Chilled With The Ones You Love The Most. Winemaking - Machine harvested to the press to remove the juice from the skins and limit the potential for too much colour pick-up. The juice was cold settled for clarity with only minor levels of juice fining. Fermentation went through to dryness. At the completion of fermentation, the wine was filtered and bottled to retain all of its aromatic freshness. Tasting Notes - Turkish Delight, strawberry and a hint of tomato leaf. Bright and crisp, savoury and textured. Winemaker - Chris Madrez Fruit Source - Mayfield Vineyard (100 percent Cabernet). Crafted from a field blend of Nebbiolo, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Muscadelle, our 2022 Estate Grown Rosé embraces the traditional Italian method of co-fermentation, where the grapes are harvested and fermented together for a more integrated expression. The result is a beautifully dry and refreshing rosé, brimming with fresh fruit aromas, delicate strawberry notes, and a crisp, lively finish—a true pleasure to drink.

Grapes were individually harvested from our vineyard blocks in subregions throughout Marlborough and destemmed in the field before being gently pressed and fermented. To retain the character of each subregion and block and use them to the best advantage, each block was handled individually to capture the special characteristics of the vineyard parcel. 'Spinning Cone' technology is used to reduce the alcohol from a portion of the base wine. This is a process of low vacuum distillation that can target removal of alcohol without impacting the aroma of the wine. The alcohol is reduced to below 1pct on approximately 60pct of the final volume, with 40pct of the base blended back to achieve a final alcohol level.
