This is a refreshing, dry white with crunchy acidit to enjoy on its own as an aperitif or with a seafood salad. Son of a Bull are Alex Russell’s premium Tasmanian varietal wines. This Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, sourced from premium Australian wine regions, has lifted tropical fruit and passionfruit aromas that follow onto the palate, balanced by a refreshing crisp acidity.

The grapes are grown at an elevation of greater than 900 metres on the slopes of Mount Canobolas in Orange. Peter Logan’s Sauvignon is a very pale golden colour, and he coaxed vibrant aromas of guava, meyer lemon, sage and white flowers, backed up by a gently textured palate with generous lashings of ripe passionfruit, lime and pink grapefruit.

This wine may be a little hard to pronounce but the flavour rolls across the tongue. This Gruner Veltliner is characterised by a lime lemon citrus aroma with hints of orange blossom. This is followed by Strong upfront flavours of white nectarines, with undertones of spices and balanced acidity.

Jacob's Creek does it again with a Chardonnay with attractive melon and fresh fruit flavours complemented by subtle toasty oak that are all hallmarks of this fresh crisp variety.

This smooth savvy b has some serious staying power. This little pig plays for longer: Home grown in Marlborough, New Zealand this mid-strength pig’s 5% alcohol content keeps it dancing for longer. A sessionable, bold, and proper tasty wine that nails the brief, every time. This little pig doesn’t skimp on flavour: With a snout full of passionfruit and citrus, and a mouth full of zesty lime and passionfruit, this mid pig is a simply delicious drink with taste to the fullest. This little pig is the last one dancing: this mid-strength pig is the natural choice whether you are partying the night away or just enjoying a cosy night in.

On the nose it’s varietal and has aromas of pear, apple and citrus with a slight hint of floral characters. The palate is a burst of citrus underpinned by balanced sweetness and acidity. Try it chilled with a variety of seafood.

Our Wine Panel was floored by this. Beautifully balanced tropicals and white flowers were more than what we even hoped for, with clean refreshing acidity. Sensational!

This Riesling, sourced from premium Australian vineyards, exhibits aromatic notes of zesty lemon citrus and florals with a lively refreshing acidity on the clean, dry finish.
