Displays classic Chardonnay characters of white peach, nectarine and fresh figs. The palate is fresh and vibrant with fruit flavours of citrus and white peach. Maturation in French oak provides subtle nutmeg and clove characters on the palate, while a clean slatey acid backbone provides length and structure to the wine. The wine is complex with no single character dominating the wine. The flavour of the wine persists long after it has left the mouth.

Although not typically lemony, this wine exhibits more complex aromas of smoked almonds and honeysuckle as well as buttery textures from the natural malolactic fermentation. The palate displays a spicy mineral flintiness with exotic fruit flavours.

A pale lemon wine with a lifted floral and stone fruit nose. The palate carries through these fruit forward characers and adds layers of buttered toast and biscuit. It is a wie that is textured , full, yet crisp, with a lingering citrus peel finish.

The cooler climate of Tasmania has helped to produce a wonderful Riesling; full of flavour and acid. Given these characters are in abundance, this wine should cellar for decades.

Tapanappa Eden Valley Riesling 2022 is a pure expression of a unique terroir. Typical of Eden Valley Riesling, the Tapanappa Riesling is very floral with some citrus blossom aromas. There is also the faint and delicate aroma of tea rose and a hint of jasmine. The floral bath-powder aromas are quintessential Riesling varietal character. The palate weight is fine and delicate and despite the late picking almost austere, with a mouth-watering acid finish and lingering fruit sweet flavour.
