One of the largest geographical wine regions in Australia, its diversity in terms of altitude, climate and soil helps it produce its distinctive cool climate wines. 2021 vintage was one of the greats. Excellent winter/spring rainfall, sunny warm spring followed by one of the mildest summers on record with only one day over 36 and beautiful mild evenings. This 93pt Kings' Creed Pinot Noir has a vibrant palate of dark berry, red currant and cherry with subtle hints of truffle, finishing with silky graceful tannins. A very seductive wine.

The grapes used to craft The Katana Chardonnay were handpicked, chilled overnight, and whole bunch pressed. The juice was rough settled, and transferred to French oak barriques for fermentation. This process led to the creation of a pale straw coloured wine with golden yellow highlights along the edges. This wonderful Chardonnay presents a supple core of citrus blossom and white stone fruit characters, enhanced by mineral notes. The juicy palate contains flavours of bright fruits and French oak supported by crisp acidity, ending in a lively and captivating climax.
