On the nose, you'll find juicy aromas of dark berries, hints of spice and a subtle earthiness. On the eye, it has a deep red, almost purple hue. The palate is soft and full-bodied with succulent flavours of dark cherry and hints of tobacco. There's a generous tannin structure and a long, velvety finish.

Parker Estate Terra Rossa Shiraz is a little gem from Coonawarra. Generously rich with ripe dark forest berries complimented by mocha, cassis and a hints of spicy oak.

Hidden Ridge Shiraz displays lifted red berry aromas with hints of cedar and mocha notes. These flavours surround the palate with a subtle chocolate mint flavour, toasty oak notes and firm tannins to a long finish.
