Award winning winemaker, Jim Chatto is at the helm of this progressive winery and here he produces a Cabernet Sauvignon of upmost class and complexity. A nice nose of cassis and dark berries with a hint of oak, ripe rich fruit that fills the mouth with blackcurrants and soft tannins.

Bowen Estate Shiraz shared similar firm structure as it's sibling, the Cabernet Sauvignon. It's lifted aromas of ripe black fruits, warming spices and hint of earthy background makes it a welcoming drink with hearty food.

Parker Estate Terra Rossa Shiraz is a little gem from Coonawarra. Generously rich with ripe dark forest berries complimented by mocha, cassis and a hints of spicy oak.

Elgins Crossing commemorates pioneering vigneron John Riddochs outward voyage to Australia aboard the sailing ship Lady Elgin in 1851. An expressive Coonawarra red with saturated raspberry, satsuma plum, red currant fruits, supple loose knit tannins, integrated roasted walnut notes and superb mineral length. The Quarry Collection Shiraz is sourced from Shiraz blocks surrounding the winery where our ripe grapes slowly ripen each season. This rich and powerful Coonawarra Shiraz displays vibrant ripe red fruit flavours with cool climate Shiraz spice. The round and soft palate with lingering ripe tannins and subtle American oak flavours will reward immediate enjoyment.

This Shiraz is full bodied with a smooth rich texture. Notes of blackberry, cherry and dark chocolate are balanced with hints of pepper spice. The palate is concentrated and mouth-filling.

Produced from premium Shiraz grapes grown on Coonawarra's famous Terra Rossa soil, this well structured wine exhibits great depth and varietal flavours. This Redman Shiraz drinks well now but will reward 5-7 years cellaring.

Penley Estate Hyland Shiraz has the mixture of freshly cracked black pepper, ripe dark fruits with lingering spicy oak aromas on the nose. It has a savoury palate with juicy crush berry fruits and subtle tannins. A great balance between the fruits and the oak, which translate to a fuller mouth fill.
