A medley of dark red cherry, cranberry and ripe raspberries, warm spice and hints of mocha. The palate is rich and structured showing, bright fruits with silky and plush tannins which give length and finesse while finishing soft and full of flavour.

Deep in the heart of Chianti in Italy's beautiful region of Tuscany lies Frescobaldi. Made from Sangiovese with a touch of Merlot to soften the palate, the wine displays bright cherry and red berry fruit with a well balanced savoury backbone of earthy spice.

We have to talk about the Elephant in the Room Merlot. An aromatic scent of ripe, red berries balanced by spice and earthiness is continued into the palate with a well-contained flavour explosion. The delightful finish makes this the perfect wine to enjoy with friends.

Santa Margherita Chianti Classico hails from the historic Tuscan region of Chianti; the spiritual home of Sangiovese. This exciting Sangio has an intense ruby red colour with faintly garnet tones. The initial aromatic sensations are sweetish and vanilla-like, typical of wines matured in barriques. The clean, ethereal bouquet then highlights Sangioveses spicy notes. On the palate we again find very well integrated oak which soon gives way to hints of wild berry fruit preserve and to that nuance of spices we perceived on the nose.

Made from single vineyard to bottle. Low yields cool climate grapes from Nangkita. Deep sandy soil and limestone beneath, rich in elements for natural aromas and flavours. The wine is dark plum with lifted complex oak aroma. The palate has full flavour with rich berry fruit, warm, rich and intense. Upfront and splendidly appealing, the wine shows blackberry, sweet cherry, rich floral and vanillin oak notes, followed by a beautifully weighted palate that's plump and juicy, finishing lingering and silky. Crisp and fresh acidity are the hallmarks of this Fighting Gully Road Rose that is made from Sangiovese grapes. It is barrel fermented and aged on lees, making this wine with a deliciously savoury dry finish.

Colour is deep red. The nose shows aniseed, tar, FruChocs and spicy oak. The fine palate entry has mulberry, cranberry, aniseed and liquorice flowing delicately with Rhone-like spicy, chewy, savoury tannins.

The Barossa Ink Shiraz is intense purple red in colour with great density. The bouquet is rich with plum, raspberries and dark cherries, with underlying hints of dark chocolate, coffee bean, and spice. This super rich, full bodied wine has a sensual palate offering plenty of texture, fine velvet tannins and soft, round dark fruit flavours.
