At Gemtree we farm our estate vineyards organically and biodynamically. This philosophy rewards us with fruit full of flavour and purity; these are the gems from which we craft our fine wines. The waning crescent moon is a time for relaxation. This Fiano is crisp, fresh, floral and textural. A perfect accompaniment.

The Shiraz is sourced from our Cookoothama Vineyard on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River at Darlington Point in the Riverina. Complex aromas of ripe berry and spice. Full-bodied wine displaying elegant tannins and powerful fruit concentration with a well-structured palate of dark cherry and blackberry melded with earthy overtones and well-integrated oak.

The Serafino Fiano is a bright vibrant wine, displaying intense citrus and floral characters. The wine is crisp and refreshing with layers of flavour and a fine mouthwatering finish.

Nectarine, melon & white peach aromas. The palate is fresh, clean and flavourful with plentiful stonefruit flavours, some creaminess on the mid palate and fresh long acidity. We're about helping improve our environment, working with nature to put back more than we take out. Great wine doesn't have to cost the earth. Vegan friendly.

Kevin McCarthy re-wrote the pinot grigio rules. Pioneering the planting of the unknown (at the time) Italian grape variety in Victoria’s cool climate in the 1980s saw the variety boom. Now mainstream, here is another progressive take by Kevin. Zippy and bright, enjoy effortless tones of lemon, pear and honey, metered by a subtle saline edge.

On the nose it displays aromas of hazelnuts, guava and subtle marjoram spice. Wrapping around a core of chalky minerality are flavours of nectarine, guava and melon. Bringing it all together is a lemon pith, bitter almond character that complements the wickedly savoury and textured finish.

There is plenty of flavour here - raisins, toffee, liquorice - in this soft, smooth and sweet fortified. Satisfying and well priced.

Luscious intense muscat, rich apricot flavours balanced with ripe fruit sweetness. Soft, round mouth feel but retaining fresh varietal character.

Kings of Prohibition Tempranillo is complex with delicious flavours of cherry and plum with fine seductive velvety tannins.
