Monte dei Cocci Fiano Minutolo is the result of traditional winemaking with a modern approach. The fruit is from the heart of Itria Valley in Puglia, grown at 450 metres. The Fiano Minutolo grape is highly aromatic and the wine produced displays flavours and aromas of flowers and sweet herbs with fresh yellow fruit. Highly enjoyable as an aperitive, and perfect with light dishes.

Bright lemon yellow in colour. Aromas of citrus, ginger and jasmine flowers. Flavoursome on the palate, the wine shows zingy citrus and subtle lees-ageing support.

It is dry and aromatic with peach and honey flavours and a subtle hint of almond blossom. On the palate it is lush and full bodied with lovely structure and mouth-watering acidity to finish. This wine pairs beautifully with seafood, creamy cheeses and pasta dishes.
