A wonderfully elegant yet flavorsome wine bursting with red and black currants, cherry plum fruit leather with subtle undertones of violet, aniseed and subtle cigar box aromas. This bold Cabernet Sauvignon was crafted using premium fruit parcels sourced from lush vineyards in the Margaret River wine region. The grapes were picked at perfect tannin ripeness, fermented, and aged for a period of 12 to 15 months in French oak barrels. The resulting dry red wine displays an inky red / purple colour, and exudes vibrant aromas and flavours of blackberries and dried leaves. This full flavoured palate combines with finely structured tannins to provide a textured and captivating finish. This elegant wine can be cellared for a decade from vintage. Pair it with dishes like braised beef short ribs, garlic chicken wings, and zucchini gratin with tomato confit, to fully appreciate its satisfying flavours.

Quality Margaret River Cabernet at an affordable price! Ringbolt Cabernet Sauvignon has rich fruit with overtones of mulberries, chocolate and a hint of violets. It is well balanced with subtle oak, some cedary, herbal notes and fine tannins on the finish.

This Deep Wood wine displays ripe berries and cassis aromas with distinctive cedary oak and crush mint leave. On the palate, this Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blend, unfolds in the complex layers of red fruit with black olive nuances further enhanced by subtle savoury oak. The fine tannins gives it a great lengthy finish. A wine, which will be enjoyable now over dinner with family and friends. Or provided with an ideal cellaring condition, this Deep Wood Cabernet blend will blossom further up to five to seven years.

This beautiful wine displays an attractive ruby red colour in a glass. The well balanced bouquet emits medium intensity fragrances of blackberry, dried herbs and earth. It offers coffee, toasted oak and vanilla characters towards the end. The nose smoothly makes way for a lush palate, filled with flavours of juicy forest fruits and soft vanilla, leading to savoury notes. Together with palate coating tannins, these characters culminate in a cocoa and coffee dominated finish.

Seductive from the first sniff. Certainly got me interested. Remarkably soft and supple Cabernet with almost cashmere fine tannins and an effortlessly smooth and long palate structure. Slightly chalky tannins add some balance and the follow though to the finish is extravagant and stylish.

From the highly regarded wine making team at Pierro comes this more than worthy second label. Expressive red berry characters on the nose are intermingled with nuances of blood plum, and on the palate these flavours are underpinned by subtle oak.

Vasse Felix produces fine Margaret River reds with great balance and style. This traditional blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon shows sweet mid-palate fruit with liquorice and spice and good tannin structure. Fantastic French oak integration enabling soft tannin complexity and a lovely length of flavour.

A nose of cassis and chocolate with a hint of tobacco. The palate is filled with irresistible mulberry fruit and the tannins are soft and velvety. An impressive effort from a Margaret River icon!

Every now and then we stumble across little gems such as this, that simply scream class and most importantly just delicious drinkability. Master Margaret River winemaker, Cliff Royale, has done it again with this superb new release. The fruit is sourced here from three regional sub districts and matured in old French oak for roughly 12 months. It's a brilliant drink right now, soft in structure with a pristine fruit profile, particularly with the likes of chargrilled lamb chops.
