Crafted from grapes grown on the best block of 50-year-old Timbervines Vineyard, Margan White Label Shiraz proudly flaunts a brick red colour. Matured in old French oak barriques, the wine captivates you with aromas of tobacco leaf, blackcurrants and cassis flowing from the nose. Its rich & savoury palate is full of white pepper, licorice & blackberry characters, firm tannins, and cigar box notes, subtly balanced by crisp as well as lingering acidity. Try pairing it with smoky pulled pork or venison carpaccio for an enhanced taste.

The altitudinal influence (to 600 metres) of this Central Ranges Shiraz is defined and embedded in a parcel of freshness. This mid-weighted wine displays red fruit flavours with hints of blackberries and pepper spice. An easy-going dinner shiraz, perfect with steak and roasted beef.

This is a rich red wine displaying layers of red and blue fruits that are well complemented by sweetness ands tructure from the oak barrels. This Shiraz Pinot red blend from the Hunter Valley was made from hand harvested grapes, and then whole berry fermented without stalks. The fruit flavours have been enhanced by gentle winemaking techniques. Aged for just 3 months in old French oak, this results in a medium bodied wine with flavours of mulberries, plums and cherries, and soft sweet tannins.

A classic Hunter Valley Shiraz, this wine has a rich and complex palate of red and black fruits derived from maturation in French oak puncheons. Medium bodied yet intense, this Shiraz was approachable on release and will continue to reward with extended cellaring.

Yangarra Estate is a biodynamic wine farm in the McLaren Vale devoted solely to producing wines from the best grape varieties of the southern Rhone.
