Post fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks, the wine showcases a pale straw colour. This exquisite Chardonnay flaunts pleasing aromas and flavours of fresh peach and ripe stone fruits, supported by lemon citrus hints. Balanced acidity integrates with these wonderful elements, ending the wine in a fresh, crisp and enticing finale. Pair it with chicken Caesar salad, pork chops with tarragon, or steamed mussels, to relish its grand flavours to the fullest.
