Imminently approachable and deliciously fresh, Taylors Discoveries Chardonnay is a pale straw with a slightly green hue, with fresh, lifted aromas of peach and subtle tropical fruit characters along with touch of citrus. Mouth-filling whilst still embracing a light and delicate texture. Refreshing tight acidity and a lovely clean finish.

Evans & Tate is arguable the most famous name in Western Australia wine, and now the Tate name has been re-born in the Franklin Tate Estates wines made by esteemed winemaker, Rory Clifton-Parks. Franklin Tate himself has sought out the finest vineyard sites in the Margaret River region to deliver superb, terroir driven, wines that showcase the tradition and longevity of the Tate name, but also a modern and innovative wine-making approach. The Chardonnay was one third fermented in fine French Oak barriques delivery a soft and creamy mouthfeel, yet still with varietal lift and fine acid balance.

The Riddoch Coonawarra Chardonnay is a fresh, crisp and dry chardonnay with a delicate melon and green apple fruit flavours with a soft creamy taste with balanced acids.

Annie's Lane from South Australia's Clare Valley produce a Chardonnay that has toasty nutty oak flavours that perfectly complement the rich melon, baked fig varietal characters of the grape in this soft, full-flavoured Chardonnay.

Farm Hand Chardonnay is a well-balanced white wine with aromas of citrus, sweet nectarine and underlying creamy notes. An elegant flavour combination predominantly comprising of stone fruits and citrus gives way to a crisp finish which provides a well-rounded mouthfeel.

Pale yellow in colour with a restrained nose of stone fruit and white peach, struck match and notes of creamy oak. The palate is bold and upfront with a burst of peach, guava and melon flavours and a rich and soft texture building to a mouth-coating and full back palate framed by subtle toasty oak. Fresh acidity gives balance before a soft dry finish.

From the stable of Ed Carr, arguably Australia's finest sparkling wine maker comes the Yarra Burn range of wines including this non vintage Yarra Burn Premium Cuvée Brut. La Bohème Act Four, a blend of Syrah (Shiraz) and Gamay from De Bortoli. This delicious wine has a soft, textured palate consisting of red and black fruits, spice, bitter chocolate and perky acidity. Well intergraded oak with a lengthy finish.

Ripe melon and citrus on the nose, with a fruit driven palate of peach and nectarine, balanced by refreshing acidity on the finish.
