From a premium site wedged between Yeringberg and Oakridge, Warramunda's wines are made by Ben Haines, one of the best up and coming young winemakers in Australia. The wine opens with a beautiful perfume of white flowers, stone fruits and nutty, mealy notes. Refreshing acidity, with the generous juicy, stone fruit and citrus. Floral, nutty and creamy in texture the palate is underpinned by purity and minerality. Light, nimble, and textural with a long lingering finish. Tthe chardonnay was blended and bottled without fining or filtration and may display a subtle cloudy appearance.

Produced by one of the Yarra Valley's most celebrated wineries, this Chardonnay, sourced from the Upper Yarra, is bursting witrh ripe, melon and stone fruit flavours with a creamy, balanced and long finish.

A blend of equal parts Shiraz, Pinot Noir and Merlot, this wine has aromas of darker red fruits, cinnamon and spice. Soft and savoury with subtle tannins, this is a very versatile and drinkable wine.

A Yarra Valley chardonnay from the cooler Coldstream Sub-region off Spring Lane (Yarra Valley. Handpicked and whole bunch pressed with full solids to 800L Rousseau muids and older barrels, fermented with indigenous yeasts and left sur lees for 8 months before being bottled unfiltered and unfined.

Fruit was sourced from the Dixon's Creek sub-region of the Yarra Valley for this elegant and restrained Chardonnay. Whole bunch pressed (which gives it a lovely grapefruit pithy-ness) and fermented in a mix of stainless steel and old French oak. Extended lees contact is checked by bright, appley acid.

The 2015 Cherry Tree Hill Chardonnay is a great example of a cool climate wine. The depth of amazing fruit is complimented perfectly by subtle oak tannins integrated from ten months ageing in large format French and Hungarian oak barrels.
