From a winery that spans back 330 years, this range has been created specifically to be enjoyed with food. On the palate there are flavours of green apples and melon unfolding into layers of citrus and minerality. This wine is crisp and clean and will better suit fresh salads and grilled seafood while it's young.

A cracking aromatic white blend that bursts with citrus, green herbs, with slight honeyed notes. The palate is bright but with time spent on lees it has built some weight and texture without compromising flavour. A vibrant fruit palate is balanced by a well judged line of acidity. This is a very satisfying and fuller flavoured fresh white wine, perfect with light seafood dishes or even roast pork belly with creamy mash.

Our Pinot Blanc is sourced from vineyards extending from the foothills of Katzenthal to the plains of Ammerschwihr. Only made from quality, meticulously sorted Pinot Blanc and Pinot Blanc Auxerrois grapes. Sight: Pale brilliant gold. Nose: Fresh, rich, and intense. Our Pinot Blanc shows notes of white flowers and orchard fruits (apples and peaches). Taste: Delightful mouthfeel combining freshness and weight.

Planted on east facing slopes for optimal exposure to morning sunlight and Granitic soils resulting in highly concentrated fruit with excellent natural acidity. The concentration of thie wine is lifted by the mouth-watering acidity bringing balance and long length. Flavours of Green apple, apricot, peach, hints of honey and floral aromas characterise a fresh nose.

High altitude and the cooling breeze from the ocean facilitates slow ripening, leading to complexity and nuance in this wine. The vines from which the grapes are grown are low-yeilding old vines. This is a world class Chenin Blanc that beautifully displays white flowers, stone fruit, pear, orange blossom, honesy toast and caramel. It's an excellent balance between luscious fruit and crisp, mouth-watering acidity.

Blanck may be a new name for CellarHand but thats certainly not the case in Alsace. Its getting on for 200 years since the family established a wine business in Kientzheim.
