The concentration of thie wine is lifted by the mouth-watering acidity bringing balance and long length. Flavours of Green apple, apricot, peach, hints of honey and floral aromas characterise a fresh nose.

From a winery that spans back 330 years, this range has been created specifically to be enjoyed with food. On the palate there are flavours of green apples and melon unfolding into layers of citrus and minerality. This wine is crisp and clean and will better suit fresh salads and grilled seafood while it's young.

High altitude and the cooling breeze from the ocean facilitates slow ripening, leading to complexity and nuance in this wine. The vines from which the grapes are grown are low-yeilding old vines. This is a world class Chenin Blanc that beautifully displays white flowers, stone fruit, pear, orange blossom, honesy toast and caramel. It's an excellent balance between luscious fruit and crisp, mouth-watering acidity.
