Printhie Chardonnay is a great example of what Orange has to offer beautiful aromas of citrus and stone fruit with a well balnced palate of fine acidity and subtle French oak.

This well-rounded wine is displaying dark fruits of blackberry and currant balanced by fine grained tannins. The gentle French oak complements the fruit weight, providing seamless structure and length to the palate. A vibrant wine that can be enjoyed now or cellared for up to 3 - 5 years.

The Cuvee is produced using Chardonnay grapes from the Central Rages in NSW. The juice was selected for its acid structure and was fermented using neutral yeast. After fermentation, a small amount of Semillon was added to give length to the palate. Sugar addition was made for balance before the base was carbonated and bottled.
