Mad Fish Moscato
This is no ordinary Moscato, the fruit for this wine is grown on Howard Park's Leston Vineyard in Margaret River. Fruity yet savoury, with gentle acid freshness.Pale pink. Yellow peach, red delicious apple and watermelon. Fruit-forward yet with some savoury elements to balance the core of strawberry and watermelon, with touches of lychee, a soft bubble and ruby grapefruit driving the juicy finish.
