Citrus, stone fruit, and a hint of tropical richness. Fresh and lively with fruit purity. Some bread dough and savoury oak complexity in the background. Good flavour intensity with excellent persistence. Nice balance, not overtly oaky but enough to add complexity.

All the hallmarks of classic cool climate Pinto Gris, but blessed with the nuances of fruit character, brought out by the Aussie sun, and lightly oaked.
