Robert Oatley Signature Yarra Valley Pinot Noir 2020,Lovely varietal intensity in the wild strawberry and cherry, lightly savoury spectrum, vibrant and juicy, with gentle French oak influence.

The Cuvee is produced using Chardonnay grapes from the Central Rages in NSW. The juice was selected for its acid structure and was fermented using neutral yeast. After fermentation, a small amount of Semillon was added to give length to the palate. Sugar addition was made for balance before the base was carbonated and bottled.

A wine with universal appeal, this Moscato is clean with a light straw colour and some youthful green tinges. The nose is lifted with aromas of musk, citrus and freshly crushed grapes.
