Bunnamagoo Cabernet Shiraz Merlot
The Bunnamagoo Estate Cabernet Shiraz MerlotExhibiting dark chocolate, raspberry and mocha characters with a mid-palate freshness without the heavy tannic weight of traditional Mudgee. The wine is silky in texture with great persistence and it finshes with gentle vanillin oak characters. It will benefit from careful cellaring in the short to medium term.The grapes destined for the Bunnamagoo labels are sourced from the Bunnamagoo Estate, a historic property near Rockley, and from the Eurunderee vineyard not far from Mudgee.
Gilbert Wines Rosé
This beautiful salmon pink coloured Rose is a unique bend of Sangiovese, Merlot, Zinfandel, Petit Verdot & Cabernet Sauvignon, all from the Mudgee wine region. It has flavours of Ruby Grapefruit, Pink Peppercorn and Strawberry Leaf with a palate that is textural and delicate.
Brown Brothers Moscato Bagnum
A wine with universal appeal, this Moscato is clean with a light straw colour and some youthful green tinges. The nose is lifted with aromas of musk, citrus and freshly crushed grapes.

Mercer Wines Orange Pinot Grigio
Born-and-bred Hunter Valley specialist, Aaron Mercer spent years at Tamburlaine, and had stints at Tyrrell’s and Brokenwood, before setting up on his own. He’s also worked in California, France and Germany so brings a great deal of experience to his winemaking, with a a great small-batch range from premium Hunter Valley sites, Tumbarumba and Orange (as here), This Pinot Grigio is pure, yet textured. A little added weight through lees ageing and a little time in oak.A fine and focussed drop showcasing white flowers, creamy almond nougat and acid crunch. A welcome addition to Summer barbecues with friends.
