Phillip Shaw has a long and distinguished history in Australian wine, but has had his dream and vision realised in the form of the Koomooloo property in Orange, NSW. With particular attention paid to the selection of the very best sites and the fruit that best suits these vineyards, wine like this No. 19 Sauvignon Blanc can be created. This Sauv is a wonderful rich, old world style wine that is perfectly partnered with many foods including hearty seafood dishes.

The extensive vineyard is Certified Organic, and adopts natural, sustainable, farming practices to ensure vigorous growth of the grapevines. This wine is mid-weighted, displaying layers of mixed red fruits and spicy notes. The tannins are gentle and interwoven with subtle French oak characters. A vibrant wine that can be enjoyed now or cellared for up to 3-5 years.

Mountain Range Sauvignon Blanc is a light straw coloured wine accompanied by a green haze. A whiff of the wine reveals classic Sauvignon Blanc aromas. The textured palate packs intense flavours of passionfruit, citrus, floral and cut grass. Balanced acidity integrates with these beautiful characters to culminate in a lengthy and refreshing finale. This lovely Sauv Blanc from Printhie Wines has been crafted to be enjoyed within a cellaring term of 2 years. Bunnamagoo Estate Cabernet Sauvignon was crafted from grapes grown on our Eurunderee vineyard near Mudgee, NSW. With attractive and ripe red fruit characters, the aroma displays subtle leafy hints in a nod to the variety. A synergy of opulent ripe fruits and nimble tannins is in fine balance and of excellent length. Patient cellaring will reward at 10+ years.

The Third Generation series is a modern style Chardonnay, Robert Stein Winery has crafted with the exceptional fruits from Mudgee to create this great expression of the vineyard and regional characteristics in a bottle. With the aromas of grapefruit, peach and citrus, fermentation was 80% in stainless steel tank with high lees contact. The remainder time in older oak undergoing partial Malolactic Fermentation with wild yeast, which adds diversity and complexity to the finish.

Sourced from premium vineyards in the Mudgee region, the Mount Lawson wines are well known for making easy drinking styles to delight the masses. Their Chardonnay is full of flavour in the riper tropical and melon spectrum with a creamy and long palate thats even better when slightly chilled.

Winemaker Jacob has done wonders with the 2014 vintage, producing this exceptional Chardonnay wine. 80% of the fruit was tank fermented on high lees while the remaining grapes were barrel fermented using wild yeasts. Partial malolactic fermentation followed, which gave the wine complexity, intensity and structure. The result is a modern-styled Chardonnay displaying a pale straw colour with light green hues. Blissful aromas of peach, grapefruit and citrus flow from its attractive nose, while the rich and juicy palate depicts concentrated fruit flavours that lead to a cleansing finish and a pleasing mouthfeel. Foods like creamy vegetable soups, pastas, risottos and fish pates pair well with this elegant white wine varietal.
