The 2019 Bunnamagoo Cabernet Sauvignon was made using fruit from the Eurunderee vineyard, near Mudgee in NSW. Robert Black destemmed the fruit with gentle crushing and fermentation occurred in stainless steel potters for 10 days. Malolactic fermentation was carried out in a mixture of new and older French oak barriques and hogsheads beforematuration for 15 months. The resulting wine displays cassis, chocolate, vanilla and regional herbal aromas. The palate is medium bodied with a core of dark tree fruits framed by fine emery-like tannins which carry a long finish. With careful cellaring this wine will age for up to 15 years

Weemala is an Aboriginal word for 'good view' which is what you get when you go this vineyard this Pinot Gris has produced a lovely mandarin and pear nose with flavours of quince and lime.

The grapes used to craft this elegant white wine were harvested at night, fermented in stainless steel, and then stored in bottles to retain the freshness and zesty fruit flavours in the wine. See Saw Sauvignon Blanc features a pale straw colour with light green hues along the edges. The attractive bouquet reveals sweet fragrances of grapefruit, melon and citrus. These fragrances intermix with underlying grass and herbaceous nuances on the palate, to culminate in a crisp and captivating finale.
