Bunnamagoo Estate Cabernet Sauvignon was crafted from grapes grown on our Eurunderee vineyard near Mudgee, NSW. With attractive and ripe red fruit characters, the aroma displays subtle leafy hints in a nod to the variety. A synergy of opulent ripe fruits and nimble tannins is in fine balance and of excellent length. Patient cellaring will reward at 10+ years.

In the glass: Pale lemon.On the nose: Peach, citrus, almond and vanillin oak. On the palate: Smooth and creamy with a decadent mix of citrus and stonefruit, vanillin oak support, velvety mouth-feel and fresh acidity.

Winemaker Jacob has done wonders with the 2014 vintage, producing this exceptional Chardonnay wine. 80% of the fruit was tank fermented on high lees while the remaining grapes were barrel fermented using wild yeasts. Partial malolactic fermentation followed, which gave the wine complexity, intensity and structure. The result is a modern-styled Chardonnay displaying a pale straw colour with light green hues.
