Miracle on the Wire refers to the tiny bunches of grapes that form on our vines each year, as well as to the sighting of the Blue Wren perched up on the wires of our Zeals Vineyard, as this is usually a sign of coming rain and good fortune.The extensive vineyard is Certified Organic, and adopts natural, sustainable, farming practices to ensure vigorous growth of the grapevines. This wine is mid-weighted, displaying layers of mixed red fruits and spicy notes. The tannins are gentle and interwoven with subtle French oak characters. A vibrant wine that can be enjoyed now or cellared for up to 3-5 years.

This well-rounded wine is displaying dark fruits of blackberry and currant balanced by fine grained tannins. This exquisite creation of the Robert Stein winemaking team shows a bright golden yellow hue. The luscious bouquet boasts of concentrated fruit fragrances of peach, apricot and marmalade. The rich and intense palate is brimming with juicy layers of cumquat and citrus flavours, which combined with the lingering acidity, leads to a long and pleasing finale. Cheese platters and desserts are wonderful food companions to this wine.

A full-bodied Chardonnay with white peach and citrus notes complemented by hints of almond characters on the palate. Wild permentation and matured on lees, this wine displays a textural component that compliments the subtle oak influence.

A fresh and tropical fruit driven Sauvignon Blanc from a vineyard perched 930 metres above in Orange, NSW. Lemons, passion fruit, touches of grapefruit plus a faint lick of lychee. Seven days on skins has added some texture through the mid-palate. Crisp to finish, a good drink all up.

Bright golden with green edges color and Aroma of Peaches, cream and citrus. Elegant and fresh. Lightly textured with flavours of peaches and vanilla. Serve with an aperitif, or as an accompaniment to seafood or chicken.

This Tawny style fortified is a blend of 5 to 12 year old Port, matured in old rum casks to create a rustic and generous style fortified wine. Best served after meals with hard cheese, and around a campfire with friends.
