Today, the Wild Oats range of wines takes the traditional pursuit of winemaking and aligns it with the pusuit of innovation and excellence to create wines like this Wild Oats Sauvignon Blanc Semillon. Made in the traditional Classic Dry White mould, this Western Australian SBS is brimming with fresh and crisp fruit and typical grassy notes.

The Third Generation series is a modern style Chardonnay, Robert Stein Winery has crafted with the exceptional fruits from Mudgee to create this great expression of the vineyard and regional characteristics in a bottle. With the aromas of grapefruit, peach and citrus, fermentation was 80% in stainless steel tank with high lees contact. The remainder time in older oak undergoing partial Malolactic Fermentation with wild yeast, which adds diversity and complexity to the finish.

In the glass: Pale lemon. On the nose: Bright, lifted nectarine and citrus. On the palate: Quite delicate and savoury with a bright core of green melon and grapefruit, crisp acidity and minerally persistence.

All the hallmarks of classic cool climate Pinto Gris, but blessed with the nuances of fruit character, brought out by the Aussie sun, and lightly oaked.

The Sauvignon Blanc offers intense passionfruit, guava and lime aromas with a hint of herbaceousness. The palate offers generous fruit flavours supported by crisp acid. The wine shows the potential of Sauvignon Blanc in Orange NSW. Good youthful straw colour. Delicate tropical nose exhibiting guava and lime. The palate is crisp, good mouth-feel, medium-full body, lovely zesty lime & lemon.

Wild Oats Pinot Grigio is deliciously easy to drink : crisp and light, with an appealing spic y aroma, with fresh lemon and pear notes and a pleasing mouthfeel. From Oatley family vineyards, this is brilliant with Asian salads and deep -fried seafood.

A full-bodied Chardonnay with white peach and citrus notes complemented by hints of almond characters on the palate. Wild permentation and matured on lees, this wine displays a textural component that compliments the subtle oak influence.
