Vermentino is widely planted throughout the Mediterranean, often along the shore lines of both coasts and islands, where it produces bright clean lively wines with classic sea spray and wild herb characters. The variety has good acidity and can be made in several styles. The lighter aromatic style achieved with light pressing and cool fermentations generally without skin contact or oak maturation highlights the varieties fresh fruit and acidity. The grapes for our 2022 Vermentino are frome the Central Ranges grown at altitude on the slopes of Mount Canobolas at Orange. The wine was stored on lees in tank for 3 months prior to bottling. The resulting wine is pale straw in colour with slight green tinges. It has aromas of orange blossom, ripe nashi and a flinty background. The palate is rich with ripe citrus flavour and the wine finishes with a touch of salinity and a slight pithy grapefruit bitterness. The perfect wine with grilled sardines.

Miracle on the Wire refers to the tiny bunches of grapes that form on our vines each year, as well as to the sighting of the Blue Wren perched up on the wires of our Zeal’s Vineyard, as this is usually a sign of coming rain and good fortune. Located in the Central Ranges this extensive vineyard is Certified organic, and adopts natural, sustainable, farming practices to ensure vigorous growth of the grapevines. This is a wine of beautiful balance and vibrancy. Displaying pear, apple and citrus fruit flavours that are clean and crisp on the palate. A vibrant and refreshing wine that will tantalise your taste buds.

Weemala is an Aboriginal word for 'good view' which is what you get when you go this vineyard this Pinot Gris has produced a lovely mandarin and pear nose with flavours of quince and lime.

The Third Generation series is a modern style Chardonnay, Robert Stein Winery has crafted with the exceptional fruits from Mudgee to create this great expression of the vineyard and regional characteristics in a bottle. With the aromas of grapefruit, peach and citrus, fermentation was 80% in stainless steel tank with high lees contact. The remainder time in older oak undergoing partial Malolactic Fermentation with wild yeast, which adds diversity and complexity to the finish.

In the glass: Bright pale lemon. Om the nose: Musk and fresh white grape fruit lift. On the palate: Sweetly fruity and muscaty, soft and juicy with lots of confectionary characters. A good all-rounder that's lovely served well chilled.

In the glass: Pale pink. On the nose: Musk, nectarine, peach and white grapes. On the nose: Plump, soft and full of fruit with a sweet mix of stonefruit, guava and grapes, a gentle balancing spritz and lovely texture adding to its charm. A very well made Moscato and true to style.
