Mount Lawson Mudgee Cuvee
The Cuvee is produced using Chardonnay grapes from the Central Rages in NSW. The juice was selected for its acid structure and was fermented using neutral yeast. After fermentation, a small amount of Semillon was added to give length to the palate. Sugar addition was made for balance before the base was carbonated and bottled.

Mercer Wines Orange Pinot Grigio
Born-and-bred Hunter Valley specialist, Aaron Mercer spent years at Tamburlaine, and had stints at Tyrrell’s and Brokenwood, before setting up on his own. He’s also worked in California, France and Germany so brings a great deal of experience to his winemaking, with a a great small-batch range from premium Hunter Valley sites, Tumbarumba and Orange (as here), This Pinot Grigio is pure, yet textured. A little added weight through lees ageing and a little time in oak.A fine and focussed drop showcasing white flowers, creamy almond nougat and acid crunch. A welcome addition to Summer barbecues with friends.
Robert Stein Cabernet Sauvignon
Robert Stein Cabernet Sauvignon 2012 shows a brick red colour, exhibiting fresh aromas of black cherry and olives from its bouquet. Finely integrated French oak infuses flavours of cassis and spicy berry fruit into the full-bodied yet delicate palate. A low alcohol wine, it is suitable for consumption upon release or can be cellared for a period of 6 to 8 years. Possible food matches with this delicious red wine include grilled steak, Asian BBQ lamb ribs, meatballs and port wine braised beef short ribs.
Logan Sauvignon Blanc
Logan Sauvignon Blanc has delicious aromas of passionfruit, lime and sage. The palate zings with flavours of guava and pink grapefruit before a long minerally finish.
Pieter Van Gent White Fortified
The original White Port made in the Mudgee region, it is a smooth and luscious port with great overtones of nectar. You can serve this unique wine slightly chilled as an aperitif or after dinner.
Robert Stein Third Generation Chardonnay
The Third Generation series is a modern style Chardonnay, Robert Stein Winery has crafted with the exceptional fruits from Mudgee to create this great expression of the vineyard and regional characteristics in a bottle. With the aromas of grapefruit, peach and citrus, fermentation was 80% in stainless steel tank with high lees contact. The remainder time in older oak undergoing partial Malolactic Fermentation with wild yeast, which adds diversity and complexity to the finish.
Wangolina Moscato
In the glass: Bright pale lemon. Om the nose: Musk and fresh white grape fruit lift. On the palate: Sweetly fruity and muscaty, soft and juicy with lots of confectionary characters. A good all-rounder that's lovely served well chilled.
Mount Lawson Rose
Sourced from premium vineyards in the Mudgee region, the Mount Lawson wines are well known for making easy drinking styles to delight the masses. The rosé is made from 100% Shiraz and retains just a nudge of residual sugar which fills out the palate and makes the wine a great drop for long lunches and sunny afternoons.
