Miracle on the Wire refers to the tiny bunches of grapes that form on our vines each year, as well as to the sighting of the Blue Wren perched up on the wires of our Zeal’s Vineyard, as this is usually a sign of coming rain and good fortune. Located in the Central Ranges this extensive vineyard is Certified organic, and adopts natural, sustainable, farming practices to ensure vigorous growth of the grapevines. This is a wine of beautiful balance and vibrancy. Displaying pear, apple and citrus fruit flavours that are clean and crisp on the palate. A vibrant and refreshing wine that will tantalise your taste buds.

Early spring rain and a cool growing season has resulted in this lovely lighter style with fresh white peach and citrus characters. Light French oak contact adds texture.

The Castello Del Poggio Moscato is a delightful example of this popular style. Turkish delight sherbet and apricot on the nose and a zesty palate with grapey lemon sorbet flavours finishing fresh and crisp. Simply delicious!

The Third Generation series is a modern style Chardonnay, Robert Stein Winery has crafted with the exceptional fruits from Mudgee to create this great expression of the vineyard and regional characteristics in a bottle. With the aromas of grapefruit, peach and citrus, fermentation was 80% in stainless steel tank with high lees contact. The remainder time in older oak undergoing partial Malolactic Fermentation with wild yeast, which adds diversity and complexity to the finish.

The fruit for this Riesling was grown on a vineyard in the Orange region, which is situated 1000m above sea level. In the glass: Pale lemon straw.On the nose: Pure lime lift with a touch of honeysuckle. On the palate: Intense and pure with a zesty core of lemon and lime, a quinine-like mouth-feel and long crisp acidity on to the almost chalky finish. Retrained yet powerful.

The Gardener is pale straw yellow with a slight green hue. The nose is vibrant. An elegant yet generous wine, it displays lifted nashi pear, nectarine and citrus with a spicy backbone. There is a lovely texture to the palate without taking away from the freshness and purity of the fruit.

Nature is a very curious and amazing thing and as vineyard owners in the Central Ranges wine district of New South Wales, we are constantly surprised how well our vines can perform in stressful conditions, with little to no rain. This wine is mid-weighted, displaying layers of mixed red fruits and spicy notes. The tannins are gentle and interwoven with subtle French oak characters. A vibrant wine that can be enjoyed now or cellared for up to 3-5 years.
