Robert Stein Gewurztraminer
Not many people know how to pronounce Gewurztraminer, but we love to make and drink it. Our small block of traminer provided us with great fruit this year and the wine displays typical characteristics of Lychee and Turkish Delight. Very refreshing, with a lashing of sweetness and crisp acidity, this wine is great with any spicy food.
Philip Shaw The Architect Chardonnay
Wangolina Moscato
In the glass: Bright pale lemon. Om the nose: Musk and fresh white grape fruit lift. On the palate: Sweetly fruity and muscaty, soft and juicy with lots of confectionary characters. A good all-rounder that's lovely served well chilled.
Wild Oats Rosé
Hungerford Hill Early Bird Moscato
In the glass: Pale pink. On the nose: Musk, nectarine, peach and white grapes. On the nose: Plump, soft and full of fruit with a sweet mix of stonefruit, guava and grapes, a gentle balancing spritz and lovely texture adding to its charm. A very well made Moscato and true to style.
See Saw Organic Sauvignon Blanc
The grapes used to craft this elegant white wine were harvested at night, fermented in stainless steel, and then stored in bottles to retain the freshness and zesty fruit flavours in the wine. See Saw Sauvignon Blanc features a pale straw colour with light green hues along the edges. The attractive bouquet reveals sweet fragrances of grapefruit, melon and citrus. These fragrances intermix with underlying grass and herbaceous nuances on the palate, to culminate in a crisp and captivating finale. This elegant Sauvignon Blanc tastes splendid with goat cheese, artichokes and fresh herbs.
Philip Shaw The Gardener Pinot Gris
The Gardener is pale straw yellow with a slight green hue. The nose is vibrant. An elegant yet generous wine, it displays lifted nashi pear, nectarine and citrus with a spicy backbone. There is a lovely texture to the palate without taking away from the freshness and purity of the fruit.

Highland Heritage Mt Canobolas Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc
Pale straw in colour with youthful green tints, the bouquet explodes with grassy and elegant distinctive Sauvignon Blanc and passionfruit characteristics mixed with the riper fruit salad characters stimulated by the warmer growing conditions. The intense herbaceous fruit dominates on the palate. The flavour fills the mouth and has a long lingering finish with clean crisp acidity, typical of an elegant cold climate white wine. Crisp and sophisticated this full bodied wine would be an ideal aperitif or serve with its perfect food partner steamed asparagus or with fine cuisine such as freshly chucked oysters.
