Sassy is full of citrus blossom aromas and delightful aromatics. The middle palate has lovely weight from time on lees and refreshing green apple crunchiness. Sourced from vineyards in the premium Adelaide Hills wine growing region, the Sauv Blanc shows a bursts of attractive tropical fruit and a delightfully crisp acidity that gives the wine a lingering, yet refreshing, finish.

Adelaide Hills vineyards were selected to accentuate the citrus and melon notes in the wine to match the natural acid and tropical flavours. A well credentialled wine that bursts with flavour.

This grey-skinned grape Pinot Gris underwent a gentle winemaking process with minimal colour extraction from the skin that resulted in a beautiful blush hue. On the nose, aromas of pear and nectarine are complemented by notes of roses and Turkish delight that are introduced by the yeast. The soft palate is laced with pear and lychee flavours leading to a satisfying finish. This varietal can be enjoyed with oven-roasted chicken, meaty fish or pork dishes.
