Made in the typical modern Australian mould, the Papillon is bright and aromatic with lifted cherry, red currant and spicy raspberry. A very perfumed wine with earthy flavours of beetroot and white pepper which lends itself to being a terrific food style wine with lovely acid structure and a medium weight.

Brokenwood Shiraz is a ripe and generous Shiraz with lifted cherry and mint aromas nicely balanced with sweet chocolate notes on the nose and a soft rich palate with savoury cedary flavours and fine grained tannins on the finish.

De Iuiis Hunter Valley Semillon has lifted tropical fruits and citrus characters that dominate the aroma, while excellent natural acidity adds balance and length of flavour.

It may be the second label of Scotchman's Hill but don't be deceived the quality of this wine is first rate! Delicate, floral and perfumed aromas are backed up by ripe melon and stone fruit flavours.
