This is a wonderfully concentrated wine. Complex on the nose with aromas of lemon, green apple and fig the palate shows lively flavours of citrus and melon and a beautifully textured crisp and long finish.

Bannockburn Shiraz is a multi-layered wine showing blackberry, black cherry and spice on the nose which follow through to the palate. Soft tannins and medium length.

Floral with pear, spice and citrus flavours light to medium weight soft acid to close.

Yabby Lake's second label is most impressive; Chardonnay in the modern style - less oak and better acid structure. Textured and classy with matchbox flint, grapefruit and an extremely classy precision.

Château Filhot is set amongst the woods and fields of Sauternes and is one of the most beautiful estates in the region. No oak is used in the production of Filhot, only glass-fibre vats that contribute to the elegant structure of the wines, rarely becoming the uncious and full bodied wines that generally have a higher proportion of Semillon. The Filhot from the 2009 vintage is dominated by a subtle nutty note, most prominantly almond. Heggies Botrytis Riesling is sourced from high quality Riesling vineyards high up in the Eden Valley. Slightly wet and humid conditions in 2011 allowed for the onset of Botrytis in the vineyard and an intensity of flavour that continues right through the palate.

Made with a nod to the great wines of Germany and Austria, this bright sweet Riesling based wine is loaded with orange zest, lemon blossom. Luscious, sweet stone fruit and ripe apple flavours linger indefinitely, nourished by characteristic cool climate mineral acid. Perfectly matched with Lemon Curd tarts.

A stellar Icewine which encompasses fantastic aromas of floral notes, honey, candied orange peel, peach and apricot. You'll find intense flavours of Pineapple, lychee, and honey on the palate, as well as a voluptuous texture. A truly delicious dessert wine.

Our tempranillo is rich, yet silky smooth with mulberry and spiced dark berry flavours. A beautiful deep garnet with rich mulberry and earthy aromatic characteristics. An excellent food wine with its medium-body, fresh tannins accompanied by the dark fruit flavours of mulberry, cherry and blackberry.

The Noble One by De Bortoli is considered Australia's premier dessert wine, and for obvious reasons. The wine has won countless awards at the leading wine shows around the country and has a wonderful propensity to develop even further in the bottle. The 2002 Noble One is a classic expression of the style with rich apricot treacle characters with fig and orange blossom still active on the nose and palate. Hints of vanilla bean and a refreshing acidity on the finish mean this decade old wine will continue to live in the cellar for many years more.
