Made from the fermentation of virgin sugar cane honey distilled partly in copper alembic and partly in steel continuous column, to achieve a medium body rum. Aged in pre-used oak barrels using the solera method and finally bottled under the highest quality control to ensure all the secrets are contained in the liquid flavour.

Made from a 100% natural maceration of Victorian pineapple with a double matured Trinidad Rum. This Plantation Stiggins Fancy Pineapple Rum has a rich and delicious bouquet on the nose. Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva is a blend of 20 per cent light column distilled rums with 80 per cent pot still rums aged up to 12 years, a proportion of which are rums from exceptional barrels which are used in Master Blender Tito Cordero's secret preparation. Although he won't reveal the ages of the rums used he has disclosed that he mixes these exceptional rums with a little cane sugar prior to blending with the main body of rums to amplify their flavour so they impart a slight touch of sweetness and a distinctive flavour to the finished rum.

Gosling's Black Seal Rum has a rich, intricate flavour, well balanced and nuanced with butterscotch, vanilla and caramel. Black Seal includes products of both pot stills, as used in fine Cognacs, and continuous stills, as used in grappa. One imparts flavour, the other yields a subtle elegance. Santisima Trinidad 7 year old Rum is tbright amber in colour with slightly sweet aromas of raisins, dried grapes and oak. On the palate there is slight but perceptible sweetness, combined with hints of vanilla and dried sweet almonds.
