Calle 23 is a highland tequila from Jalisco. Its creator, French-born biochemist Sophie Decobecq, distils each expression separately (Blanco, Reposado, Aejo) to its own special recipe. Her tequilas are double-distilled and she uses Bourbon casks from Kentucky. The blanco (unaged) is a wonderfully clean palate with good agave, crisp apple and sweet tropical fruit notes (pineapple and ripe pear).

Herradura was the world's first distillery to introduce Reposado or rested tequila when introduced in 1974 and has been producing this excellent style ever since. Aged in American oak barrels for 11 months, giving the tequila a beautiful balance of cooked agave, sweet oaky vanilla & cinnamon.

Corona is lighter in style than traditional beers, with a crisp and refreshing taste, imported from Mexico. This lighter style, dry beer has pleasant malt and hop notes, with a round dry finish. Regardless of the time of year, Corona is best served ice cold, with a wedge of lime that complements and intensifies the flavour through the palate.
