Ninth Island Sparkling Rose displays bright lifted aromas of rose petals, fresh strawberry, spice and pouring cream. Langtons is proud to be first to market with the inaugural vintage of this Riesling, a selection from a very special part of the famous Contours vineyard. When it comes to Eden Valley Riesling, no name is greater than the Langtons Classified Contours Riesling from Pewsey Vale. The Contours vineyard was first planted in 1841, but the distinctive site we know today -- with vines planted along the contours of an Eden Valley hillside rather than in straight rows -- dates from the 1960s. From 1961 in fact, and this new wine comes from a single block of the oldest vines, planted in that year on a north-facing slope. The Contours Riesling is released with five years of bottle age. This new wine -- although almost equally ageworthy -- is a more approachable style and therefore suitable for release (like most other Rieslings) in the year following vintage. For many (or most) the 1961 Block Riesling will be indistinguishable from The Contours. The value here is obvious.

Single block Riesling from our East Coast Hazards vineyard. The Devil's Corner Resolution Riesling would be perfect with a range of seafood dishes. Lightly battered whiting fillets seared with a garden salad and a lime vinaigrette would be perfect. As would a roasted lemon infused chicken with an Asian slaw. Don't forget the oysters or calamari!

Felton Road is the premier Central Otago producer with a strong reputation for terroir driven wines that have been allowed to find their own style rather than be 'crafted'. This Riesling shows n intense nose of stonefruit and citrus which leads into a rich and full palate with a strong mineral backbone. The finish is bright, with crunchy green apple acidity.

With aromas of white citrus blossom and steely minerality on the nose, this Frankland Estate Riesling has soft and approachable flavour combinations of lime and mandarin pith, highlighted by the texture and the hint of spices driving the acidity throughout the palate. This is an exceptional wine that can be enjoyed now or with the right cellar condition, it will continue to develop further complexity for many years to come.

Made by one of the Tasmania's premier producers, with fruit coming from Tasmanias smallest, most maritime wine region the Cradle Coast. Harvested at the end of April, fruit was briefly soaked on skins prior to a cool, pristine ferment utilizing highly aromatic and texture yeast strains. It shows excellent freshness and drive, with notes of honeysuckle, white blossom and fresh cut pears.

Distinctly varietal, Bream Creek Sauvignon Blanc has aromas typical of a cool climate Sauvignon. It's fresh and persistent palate has delightful fruit and a refreshing finish. It is ideal accompaniment for a range of fine foods and is best served chilled.

Richard Angove was very lucky to have grown up in a winemaking family. Since 1886, five generations of his family have worked in winemaking and grape growing. In 2008 he worked harvest in the beautiful Tamar Valley in northern Tasmania. He just loved the landscape, vineyards and flavours of the wines. Many years later when the opportunity arose to work with a number of small growers to create a range of small batch wines, he could not resist the opportunity, and so Lost Farm Wines was born.
