Grant Burge reds always display classic Barossa style. This Shiraz has all the hallmarks with ripe cherry fruit smoky overtones and a good measure of sweet vanillin oak. In recent years has really began to hit its straps and with the last few Barossa vintages being on the warm side, this is a wine for the 'old school' Shiraz lover.

John Duval was the Chief Winemaker at Penfolds from 1986 - 2002, entrusted to make some of Australia's most iconic wines. This traditional old vine blend is a superb expression of the Barossa. Kellermeister's Barossa Vineyards Shiraz has been crafted with immediate enjoyment in mind. Showcasing freshness, richness, generosity of flavour and vivacity of fruit, the unique regional and varietal characteristics are certainly evident in this wine. Great for everyday drinking, the Shiraz is ideal on its own but will also pair nicely to a range of red meats or cheeses.

This Grant Burge Barossa Ink Cabernet Sauvignon is intensely deep red with purple hues. The bouquet is rich with blackcurrant, mint and dark chocolate. The textural palate has fine tanning, and excellent persistence with intense chocolate and berry flavours. A deeply coloured wine with great depth and varietal definition. This wine has been carefully blended with vibrant, flavour packed parcels of premium Barossa wine to create a Cabernet Sauvignon so bold and dark in colour, it's almost ink.

Grenache was hand-picked specifically for the production of rose. The fruit was crushed and macerated for 2 hours to increase colour pick-up as well as some natural fruit tannin. The must was then gently pressed to liberate the juice, and then 80% was fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures to retain delicate fruit aromas. For years the Tscharke family has tended their premium Barossa vineyards to supply grapes to famous Penfolds. Today, however, Damien Tscharke is keen to keep the best grapes and make a wine of his own. Tscharke are leading the way with organic wines that reflect the terroir and the personality of the fruit, in this case grenache from the Marananga sub region. This is a deliciously versatile, luscious Barossa Grenache with just a dash of Mourvèdre (aka Mataro) for complexity and freshness. Some lees fermentation added some texture and body. It's super-refreshing and too versatile to bring to mind an ideal food pairing, you just can't go wrong!
