Bannockburn is spicy with well intergraded savoury oak and great acidity backbone. The varietal flavours such as, raspberries, strawberries and red cherries fruits lingers with a faint hint of forest floor on the palate with well supporting tannins. A greatly composed wine, this is undoubtedly pushing the setting of this country's benchmark for Pinot Noir to another level.

Elegantly concentrated flavours of vibrant dark berry and black cherry fruit showing succulence and rich intensity. The palate is guided by very fine-grained, chalky tannins, with soft acidity providing drive & liveliness. Burn Cottage Vineyard Moonlight Race Pinot Noir. A myriad of mulberry, wild thyme and enticing savoury undertones are interwoven with layers of ripe summer berries. The palate displays both generosity and restraint, with plump and supple tannins that are supported by an amalgam of summer ripened plums, dark cherry and a freshness reminiscent of ripe red fruits. The finish is long, the wine showing lovely fruit purity and definition.

The vineyard has great capacity to create aromatic wines with high natural acidity.This style shows plum skin, blueberry & morello cherry that weaves into a long savoury finish.

This wine is made from grapes grown in vineyards in different sub-regions of Central Otago. It captures the character of each vineyard giving us bright, fresh sweet fruit with savory and herbal tones and good texture and mineral length.

Planted in the Southern Victorian cool-climate region of Henty in 1964, the Drumborg Vineyard has become one of Australia's premier vineyards for producing Riesling, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay. The complex, perfumed nose shows aromas of spiced cherry, toasty oak and complex charcuterie notes. Flavours of sour cherries and redcurrants combine with textural elements and fine, layered tannins with a backbone of spicy well-integrated French oak.
