Lark Hill have a history in the Canberra District region of over 30 years and today that legacy has been continued on by founder's Sue & Dave Carpenter's son, Chris. Lumiere Sur Lie Koshu Hikari 2015 is fresh and mineral produced under the Sur Lie method. Green apple nose with lemon, and herbal aromas, light body but intense citrus flavours, and complex mineral notes. Subtle long finish. This is a wine that will lift up flavours of dishes.
