With it's golden hue with a green tinge and baked apple with hints of toastiness on the nose. Citrus flavours of lemon and lime and a buttery texture with good length and crispness on the finish. The Stockhausen Chardonnay was created by Briar Ridge in a style paying homage to the pioneers of the Hunter Valley around 40 years ago. It is rich and creamy with ripe peach and tropical notes.

Audrey Wilkinson Semillon from the home of Semillon in Australia, the Hunter Valley is a lovely crisp Semillon with abundant citrus fruit flavours, limes, lemons and a hint of sherbet. Delicious.

The Army Block Semillon is an isolated parcel from the renowned Black Cluster Vineyard and handpicked to minimise skin contact and preserve the fresh, delicate flavours of the variety. The palate displays an elegant mineral line with refreshing and crisp pine/lime flavours. Excellent whilst young or will develop very rewarding toasty, honey characters with careful long-term cellaring up to 10 years.

Complex mineral and flint aromas with a palate that has good length. Tyrrell's Stevens Semillon has wonderful balance between the fresh citrus flavours of youth and the aged 'toasty' characters. It is great with seafood dishes.

Subtle aromas of vanillin oak and melon, with a hint of green pear. Oak and fruit are well balanced. A rich fruit palate combines with a creamy texture from the French Oak treatment. The aftertaste is clean, with lingering peach flavours. Drinks well now, but will continue to improve with 3-4 years further cellaring.

An elegant wine displaying stone and orchard fruit flavours melded to a core of cashew and fig, all balanced by a seam of fresh acidity. 50% of the wine was fermented and matured in a combination of new and 1 year old French Hogsheads with partial malolactic fermentation, giving texture and complexity, the rest in stainless steel, to retain freshness.
