Mount Pleasant Elizabeth continues to be an all time favourite of not only Semillon lovers, but affordable dry white lovers across the board. With it's golden hue with a green tinge and baked apple with hints of toastiness on the nose. Citrus flavours of lemon and lime and a buttery texture with good length and crispness on the finish. Classic Hunter Semillon.

Complex mineral and flint aromas with a palate that has good length. Tyrrell's Stevens Semillon has wonderful balance between the fresh citrus flavours of youth and the aged 'toasty' characters. It is great with seafood dishes.

Subtle aromas of vanillin oak and melon, with a hint of green pear. Oak and fruit are well balanced. A rich fruit palate combines with a creamy texture from the French Oak treatment. Fermentation in new French oak barriques using natural yeast provided Margan White Label Chardonnay its pale lemon colour. The wine's bouquet is a compilation of white nectarine, grapefruit, struck match and cedar spice aromas. The palate of this modern Australian Chardonnay is lush with flavours of green apple, white peach and flint. Subtle influences of oak and sharp acidity give line and length to the finish. This white varietal can be enjoyed with crispy pork belly or mushroom risotto.

The name ‘Alluvius’ derives from the well drained, ‘alluvial’ soils found in vineyards planted close to river beds. These soils are renowned for growing Semillon as it leads to a unique expression of what is considered to be Australia’s greatest white wine style. Pure Semillon aromas of lemongrass and lime articulate the nose of this classic Hunter Semillon. The palate is intense yet elegant displaying mineral texture with great line and length. Brookdale Semillon comes from Tyrrell's famous HVD vineyard which was planted in 1908. It nearly always produces Semillon that are floral, softer, and more approachable. The floral nose leads into a palate that is seamlessly balanced between soft Semillon fruit characters and a clean, light finish.
