Tulloch Verdelho is an exciting aromatic white that was harvested at night to retain the fresh natural acidity found in the quality fruit. The wine itself has honeydew melon notes with a real citrus blossom lift. The long, engaging palate has a real zest to it with a fine acid backbone treating the drinker with a long, crisp finish.

Subtle aromas of vanillin oak and melon, with a hint of green pear. Oak and fruit are well balanced. A rich fruit palate combines with a creamy texture from the French Oak treatment. The aftertaste is clean, with lingering peach flavours. Drinks well now, but will continue to improve with 3-4 years further cellaring.

Entirely sourced from Tyrrell's famous HVD vineyard. These dry grown blocks were planted in 1984 and 2003 and together they produce a modern style that has both richness and finesse.

The Fish Cage Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is from the bank of the Hunter River. A blend of two classic varietals; where the Semillon brings aroma of lemon curd, lime leaf and a textured lanolin palate; the Sauvignon Blanc adds exotic tropical fruit with juicy acidity. The classic and seamless blend has profusion of flavour and a refreshing crisp finish. Fish Cage wines are vibrant, fun and and easy escape. We are often asked, "Why is there a fish in the cage?" Margan Albarino is naturally high in acid and has ripe fruit flavours at lower levels of ripeness.This combination produces a fruit driven wine with great acid finish that needs no oak or residual sugar. The variety has a natural saltiness to it that makes it a fantastic food match.

Made in the classic Hunter Valley style, Hungerford Hill Semillon offers aromas of herbal, citrus and lemon. Wonderful line of acid and complexity running through the entire length of this wine.
